Can we please, for the love of God, stop only talking about Palestine? For goodness sake, they're not the only country in this world that is going at war. They're not the only country that is losing family members. But for some reason, everybody seems to be acting as if that one country or that one state is more important than the rest. As if they're more important than Ukraine, Syria, Yemen, Libya, Iraq, then there's South Sudan, and then there's Somalia. So because people in Palestine are losing family and there's a genocide, that country, that state is more important than the rest of them. Because for some reason, news anchors seem to be only talking about it. For some reason, journalists are harassing Prime Ministers and Presidents about why they're not talking about Palestine. Why is nobody talking about these other countries? I understand about Russia and Ukraine because the entirety of last year, they were talking about it. But what about Syria? What about Yemen? What about Afghanistan? What about Libya? What about Iraq? What about South Sudan? And what about Somalia? Why can't these same people that are protesting about Palestine also protest about them? Because they are also losing family members. Why does everybody seem to only care about Palestine? What is the issue in you also supporting these others? Why is it left to TikTok creators to be creating filters to be raising money for these people? I have literally blocked Palestine from my For You page just because that seems to be the only thing people are talking about. I'm sorry. One, they are not more important than the rest of them. They're not the most important people out of that list. There are other Somalis currently going through war. South Sudan is also going through war. What about them? Why is none of you talking about them?

That is something I know absolutely diddly-fucking-squat about the situation. I thought from the start this is going to be another Ukraine thing and I just can't be arsed getting involved with my head thinking about it all and, you know, having a thought or a feeling about it all. So yeah, I've just point-blank ignored it and it's worked out fine for me so far.
